2.What information will be collected by us? How will we use the collected information?
2.1 Types of information to be collected
We strictly comply with applicable laws in process of collecting information, and we don’t collect information unless we have a good justification to do so. We only collect information for providing services to you. We collect information only for explicit, clear, and lawful purposes and only for enabling the designed features of our Product. No information will be processed for purpose or in a manner that is inconsistent with the aforementioned. We may collect the following types of information (no matter whether it’s Personal Information or not):
1)The information you have provided to us or uploaded by you (including your contacts): we may collect the Personal Information provided by you, such as your names, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, account information (such as your safety-related information, names, dates of birth and gender), the materials or data that you may synchronize across different devices on”Fidesinnova” platform, accounts you opened on “Fidesinnova” platform and related configurations, devices you added, information and feedbacks you have provided, among others;
2)Log information: when you use our services, we may automatically collect related information and store such information as logs;
3)Device information, such as device model, operating system version, Unique Device Identifier, batteries, signal strength, and IP address, among others;
4)Software information, such as software version number, and browser type, among others.
5)Location information: when you use location-related services, we may record the geographical location of your devices, such as region and country codes, city codes, mobile network codes, mobile country codes, cell identities, region names, longitude and latitude, time zone settings and language settings. Such information is necessary for providing services to you;
6)Other geographical location information that may be contained in the information provided by you or another user in the process of using the Service. For instance, the account information provided by you may include region information, and photos you have shared with others may contain geographical tags;
7)Other information designated by us. We may collect and use the information of your “Fidesinnova” account and other information;
8)Login information: the information about the features, mobile applications, and websites used by you, such as cookie and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network requests, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system breakdown information, among others;
9)Other information, such as environmental character value (“ECV”) (values generated by “Fidesinnova” accounts, mobile phone ID, connected Wi-Fi account, and location information);
10)Account certificate: information about your account certificate, such as passwords, password security questions, and answers, among others.
We may also collect other aggregated, anonymous, or unlabeled anonymous information that is not directly or indirectly related to any individual. For instance, we may collect the device model and system version number of mobile phones that are using specific services. We collect such information to improve our service quality.
3.How would the Personal Information be used?
The Personal Information is collected for providing Products and/or services to you and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. You hereby allow us to process the Personal Information and disclose the Personal Information to our affiliates (involving telecommunication, social media, technology, and cloud business) and third-party service providers (defined as follows) for the purposes stated herein.
3.1 We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:
1)Providing, handling, maintaining, improving, and developing the Product and/or Service offered by us to you, intending to meet your individual needs.
2)Communicating with you on your devices, services, or any ordinary inquiries (such as updates, device firmware/software upgrades, customer consultancy support, related information, and notifications, among others).
3)Carrying out marketing activities, such as providing information and update for marketing and promotional purpose. If you want more information about our marketing and promotional activities, please read the section hereinafter named “Direct marketing”.
4)Analyzing and developing the statistics about the use of our Product and Service in a bid to improve our Product and Service. For instance, we may record and analyze system breakdowns to optimize our Services.
5)Storing and maintaining your information for the operational purpose or for fulfilling statutory obligations.
6)Providing local services without communicating with our server.
3.2 Our detailed practices of using your information (including Personal Information) are as follows:
1)Creating your “Fidesinnova” accounts. The Personal Information collected from websites or our mobile devices may be used for creating users’ accounts and information pages.
2)Providing location-based services. When users use “Fidesinnova” or access-related devices, we may use the location information to determine the time zones of such devices to show the right time and login service zones in such devices, and enable certain features according to your choices. You may disable such a feature in settings or simply by stopping using the related application.
3)Accessing devices. Devices are operated via apps, which will verify the authenticity of such devices. Therefore, we may need to verify the legal identity of devices by checking their factory MAC and DID. In addition, the devices’ network settings will be configured through apps when the devices are connected to the network. In such a process you will need to enter the corresponding Wi-Fi names and passwords, which will only be used for connecting devices to the network. The Wi-Fi information and passwords provided by you will be encrypted and stored at local devices and will not be uploaded to servers. You can delete such information from devices at any time. We also need to know the IP and network signal to select the best connectivity mode for devices, in a bid to ensure stable connectivity.
4)Displaying device status. We may allow you to check the devices’ status remotely so that you can monitor the operation of your devices at any time.
5)Setting automated tasks. Incident information reported by your device (information from the devices added by you. The specific information to be set will depend on the privacy authorization granted by you for related devices. Before adding a device, you will be asked whether you accept the device supplier’s privacy policy) which can be used to create your automation task.
6)Providing push notifications. We may need your account number and the IMEI number for providing the “Fidesinnova” push notification services.
7)Verifying users’ identities. The Grid Smart Family uses ECV to verify users’ identities to prevent hacking and unauthorized access.
8)Collecting users’ feedback. The feedback provided by you will greatly help us improve our services. To obtain feedback from you, we may use the Personal Information provided by you to get in touch with you and keep related records.
9)Sending notices. When you use our services, we may send emails, short messages, information, or push notifications to you. You may cancel the related subscription by following our reminders.
10)Issuing notices. We may send service-related notices to you when necessary (for instance, if a service is suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel service-related notices that are not an advertisement in nature.
3.3 Direct marketing
We may use your name, phone number, email address, account number, and IMEI number when sending you the promotional materials that introduce the product and service of our partners (partners that provide network, mobile application, and cloud products and services). We strictly comply with the data protection law in your location (some laws may require separate and explicit approval).
Therefore, we will only use your Personal Information after obtaining your explicit approval, and certain explicit processes will need to be completed to confirm that we have obtained your approval or you do not object. If you do not want to receive certain emails, you may click the link at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe from such emails. After you do so, we will not send any of your Personal Information to our business partner for direct marketing.
3.4 Who will we disclose your information to?
1)We will not sell any Personal Information to any third party.
2) We may share your Personal Information with a third party;
3)We may share your Personal Information with third-party partners (the “Third-Party Partners”) only for external processing. Third-Party Partners include third-party service providers, contractors, agents, advertising partners, and application developers, among others. For instance, a Third-Party Partner can be a communication service provider that sends emails or push notifications on behalf of us or a map service provider that provides location service to us. Third-Party Partners may not be in the same legal district as you. When sharing your Personal Information with Third-Party Partners, we will ensure they follow our instructions, comply with the Privacy Policy, take other necessary confidentiality and security measures, and process your Personal Information only for the following purposes:

4)If any merger, acquisition, or asset transfer that happens in the process of our business development causes the disclosure of your Personal Information to a third party, we will inform you via push notification or notice, or in another manner. We will continue to protect your Personal Information, or require the new administer of your Personal Information to protect your Personal Information in a manner no less stringent than the standards required by law and the Privacy Policy.
5)We will use the collected information for big data analysis. For instance, we may use the collected information to create a city thermodynamic chart or industry insight report that does not include any personally identifiable information. We may also disclose or share with our partners processed information that does not include any personally identifiable information, to know how users are using our Service or show the public the trend in the use of our Service.
3.6 Mandatory legal requirements

3.7 Information whose disclosure does not require approval
We may disclose summarized anonymous information to a third party (such as advertisers on our website) for commercial purposes. We may also disclose to a third party the general trend in the use of our services, such as the number of customers buying a certain product or engaging in a certain transaction.
4.Security and protection
4.1 Information security
1)We promise to guarantee the security of your Personal Information. We have taken reasonable physical, electronic, and control measures to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure of, or unauthorized access to information, or to avoid other similar risks. We will classify your data based on their level of importance and sensitivity, and provide the highest level of security to protect your Personal Information. We will also ensure all our employees and third-party service providers who have access to your Personal Information will be bound by contractual confidentiality obligations, and be punished or face termination of employment or partnership for any breach of such confidentiality obligation (if any). In addition, special access control measures are put in place for data stored in the cloud. In general, we will regularly review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent any unauthorized access to or use of information.
3)We will take all feasible measures to protect your Personal Information. Nevertheless, you should also realize that using the Internet entails risks. Therefore, we can not fully guarantee the security or integrity of any Personal Information in the two-way online transmission.
4)We will take proper action in case of personal data leakage. Contingency plans will be activated to prevent the escalation of a security incident, and you will be informed via push notification or notice.
4.2 What can you do?
You can play a role in protecting your Personal Information. Do not disclose your login Password or account information to anyone other than those authorized by you. Whenever you log in to your “Fidesinnova” account, especially when you log in on another person’s computer or public Internet terminal, you should always remember to log out after a conversation.
We shall not be held liable for any third party’s unauthorized access to your Personal Information caused by your failure to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account by other Internet users or any other security loophole.
Your assistance will facilitate our efforts to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information.
4.3 Accessing other features of your devices
Our applications may access some features of your devices, such as the Wi-Fi network status. Such information is required to allow our applications to run on your devices and interact with you. You may cancel related approvals at any time by closing such applications or sending an email to us.
4.4 You can control your Personal Information
1)Control settings
We know that users attach different levels of importance to privacy. Therefore, we will use some examples to show you the options that you have for controlling your Privacy Settings and restricting the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your Personal Information:

7)If you are an EU user governed by GDPR, you may choose not to be impacted by any automated processing (including profiling)-a based decision that can cause legal or other similarly significant effects on you.
8)If you are an EU user governed by GDPR, you may receive your Personal Information through a commonly-used structural format and send such information to another data controller.

6.Do you have to accept a third party’s terms and conditions?
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services provided by third parties. The Product and Services of “Fidesinnova” may contain a third party’s product, service, and website hyperlinks. Your information may be collected when you use a third-party product or service. Therefore, we strongly suggest you read such a third party’s privacy policy just like reading our Privacy Policy. We shall not be held liable for any third party’s collection and use of your Personal Information, and we cannot control such third party’s use of your Personal Information. Our Privacy Policy is not applicable to other websites that are linked to our Service.
Your use of the expansion program in third party’s products shall be subject to applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy of the such third party and means that you accept terms and conditions applicable to such expansion program.
7.Social media (feature) and gadgets
